A friend of mine works in publishing and asked me these questions. I am sharing them with you all to see if you have thoughts with regard to them.
In an effort to do a little work-related research, I would thoroughly appreciate a little feedback! Some of you cook occasionally, some of you cook often, but all of you own a cookbook (hopefully!). So, what do you like the most about your favorite one? What do you like the least? What is the most important part of a great cookbook? What would you like to see in a cookbook that you haven’t seen already? Do you prefer compilation cookbooks based on a broad range of ideas/techniques or a book focused on a specific genre? Which of those two choices do you use the most?
Take a minute or two to answer these questions, or provide any other ideas or comments you’d like to share.
Thanks!
